When you sign up for LockIn Early Access, we collect your first name, email address, fitness goal, country (optional), your biggest fitness challenge (optional), and how you heard about us (optional). This information is collected solely to manage your Early Access membership and to contact you about beta invitations.
Why we collect it
We collect your information to: send you beta access invitations when LockIn launches; keep you updated on product development; understand our audience to build a better product; and respond to any support queries you submit.
We never sell your data
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop. We may use trusted service providers (such as email delivery platforms) solely to operate LockIn, and they are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you at any time. To exercise these rights, simply email us and we will respond within 7 days.
